Description
'Clematis Jackmanii' is a clematis with medium-sized, deep purple-blue flowers. These appear during the summer months, July to September. The clematis is a hardy plant that can tolerate the Dutch winter very well. It has a great ornamental value because of its beautiful shape and inflorescence. Prune the clematis back to 30 cm above the ground at the end of winter, this will give you the richest flowering and keep the plant in good shape. If you want to grow the clematis along a rack or fence, it is advisable to give the plant a little help. You can do this by tying the new offshoots neatly along the rack or guiding them through the fence.
