DO YOU SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we currently ship to Belgium, Germany, France and Austria.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We ship the plants directly from the grower. We work with more than 10 different growers and they choose their own shipping company. We as a webshop have no influence on this.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
This generally takes between 2 and 6 days. Depending on the country where the package should be shipped to. You will always receive a track and trace code with which you can track your package.
Payments
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS CAN BE USED?
We support local banks per country. In addition, you can pay with a number of international payment methods such as credit card, Paypal, Shoppay and Google Pay.
CAN I ALSO PAY IN PARTS OR PAY AFTERWARDS?
Yes, this is possible, our webshop supports Klarna, a payment method where you can pay in parts. You can indicate how the payment can be spread. You do not pay any interest on this.

Quality plants and guarantee on the plants
WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF THE PLANTS AND RETURN POLICY
The plants are shipped directly from our growers. We work with the best growers and healthy plants. However, you must keep in mind that a plant is a living product. We try to send the plant that resembles the photo as much as possible.
If you order a large plant (larger than 100cm), please note that there may be a deviation of up to 10cm in height. If you order a plant of 180cm, it can be between 170cm and 190cm. This has to do with the fact that we work with living products. We will always do our best to deliver as close to the correct size as possible.
If you receive a plant that is not to your liking and does not match the ordered plant, we ask you to take a number of photos and send them to us by email. If the quality is not sufficient or the plant does not match what you ordered. We will send you a new plant.
If you have ordered a large, heavy plant, we will ensure that this plant is also collected.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING FOR A RETURN SHIPPING?
No, demonstrable errors will be resolved by us free of charge, including returns. If a plant is broken due to the fault of the shipping companies, we will also solve this.
