Then we will replace it free of charge. By not good is understood: a damaged plant, an unhealthy plant or a different plant than ordered. Please keep in mind that these are living products, for plants larger than 100cm there can be a deviation of up to 10cm in the height of the plant you receive.
We replace plants free of charge if they do not meet the quality. This also applies to large heavy plants such as trees such as an Olive. We also provide free collection of the current plant. What is important is that you must demonstrate that the plant is not good. This can be done by sending multiple photos.
