Yes, shipping is free for all products, including Belgium, Germany and Austria.
All our plants come directly from the grower. We work with ten growers in the Netherlands. When a plant is ordered, it is sent directly from the grower.
Absolutely, our growers have a huge passion for their profession and therefore also for their plants. We only ship healthy and good plants. If you receive a plant that is not good. Then we will replace it free of charge. By not good is understood: a damaged plant, an unhealthy plant or a different plant than ordered. Please keep in mind that these are living products, for plants larger than 100cm there can be a deviation of up to 10cm in the height of the plant you receive.
We replace plants free of charge if they do not meet the quality. This also applies to large heavy plants such as trees such as an Olive. We also provide free collection of the current plant. What is important is that you must demonstrate that the plant is not good. This can be done by sending multiple photos.

Payment can be made with all legal means of payment for the country in which you live. In addition, you can also pay with Paypal, Credit card, Google Pay and Apple pay
Yes, you can pay in installments, usually in 3 parts, where you pay 1 part each month. This can be done via the payment method "Klarna" which you can choose at checkout. This is a legally approved payment method and 100% safe. You do not pay any extra costs or interest here.
