Description
The Zamioculcas Zamiifolia is an easy, green houseplant. This houseplant is originally from Zanzibar, Kenya and Madagascar. The plant is also known as the ZZ plant.
Give the Zamioculcas a spot in partial shade. A little more sun is no problem either. The leaves of the Zamioculcas grow towards the light. Turn the plant regularly to prevent crooked growth. When the leaves point towards the ceiling, you know the plant is in the perfect spot.
This houseplant stores water in the stem and roots. This means you don't have to water often. Once every two weeks in the summer and once every 3 weeks in the winter is sufficient.
