Description
Appearance of the plant:
- The Clusia in tube glass is an attractive plant with large, glossy, oval leaves that vary from dark green to light green. The leaves have a firm texture and are naturally low maintenance. The plant has no showy flowers, the focus is on the lush foliage.
- The Clusia does well in a bright to lightly shaded area. Indoors, the plant can be placed in a spot with indirect sunlight, such as a windowsill with filtered light. Outdoors, the plant can be placed in a sheltered spot, protected from direct sunlight and harsh weather conditions.
- The Clusia needs regular watering, but let the top layer of soil dry out between waterings. Make sure the plant is not sitting in standing water, as this can cause root rot. During the winter months, the frequency of watering can be reduced.
